The mission of B.G. Transit is to provide safe, affordable, quality public transportation within the city limits of and area immediately surrounding Bowling Green, Ohio. All seven vans are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
It is a demand-response public transit system that operates more like a bus service whose route is determined by scheduled rides. Because we are considered demand response we will do the best that we can to accommodate "last minute" reservations. If, however, you don't schedule your trip at least one hour in advance, you will be able to ride on a space-available basis only.

No service on Sundays or the following Holidays:
New Year's Day (January 1)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
Christmas (December 25)
B.G. Transit will also close if there is a Level 3 Snow Emergency declared.

The BGSU Shuttle Service operates during the academic year except holidays, semester breaks, and spring break. The Shuttle is not available during summer sessions except for charter.
