Mylander Speaker Series: "Authentic Leadership & Decision Making"

Join us for the Mylander Speaker Series, presented in partnership with BGSU Firelands and the United Way of Erie County, for an inspiring conversation about what it means to lead with authenticity, integrity, and purpose. The last event in ourMylander Speaker Series, this gathering will bring together local leaders to explore how to be your authentic self as a leader and how ethical decision-making can shape stronger organizations, build trust, and create a lasting impact in our communities. Through an engaging dialogue and interactive breakout sessions over hors d’oeuvres, we’ll hear from individuals who are making a difference in our community and consider the choices, values, and principles that guide effective leadership. Featured speakers and panelists include nominees of the 2025 Mylander Award. What does it mean to lead authentically? How do we navigate difficult decisions while staying true to our values? And how can principled leadership inspire trust and positive change? Please RSVP to this event here. Space is limited. Doors open and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 5 pm. Our program begins at 5:15 pm.
