Looking for someone to help you with your tech questions? Make an appointment to work one on one with our technology expert! In each appointment, you'll get 30 minutes with a member of our tech team where you can get answers to questions involving software, applications, devices, and more.
Appointment time slots are on Thursdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. To make an appointment, call (419) 352-5050, email woodref@wcdpl.org, or register with the link below.
We are able to provide assistance with laptops, mobile devices, apps, and software. Staff are not able to assist with hardware at this time.
